A garage sale, also called a "yard sale". For garage sale” rummage sale", "tag sale", "moving sale", or "junk sale", is an informal, irregularly scheduled event for the sale of used goods by private individuals, in which "block sales" are allowed, In the garage sales sellers are not required to obtain business licenses or collect sales tax. Garage sales are easy to plan and manage. Depending on how much you have to sell, you could realistically make $1,000 or more in a weekend. Let the selling begin.

Here some steps are given to upload garage sale:
1. Gather items for sale: Collect garage sales items for sale. In the yard sale you can sale only the selected items. After selecting the items then walk from room to room in your home, identifying those things you no longer need. If you haven't used something for over a year, so these thing is good sign for you won't miss it!

2. Inventory for each item: Garage sales also sale Inventory item on a sheet of paper as you identify it for sale. A lot of some people skip this step, though it can make your sale go a smoother. Price tags have a strange way of getting lost at garage sales. Especially if you got other people asking you questions or if you’re working a multi-family sale. An inventory list solves this problem. Keep in mind; you don’t need to inventory everything.

3. Review inventory sheet: After completed the entire inventory sheet and than assign a price to each item. For inventory that yard sales are more valuable. Its general rule is to price at 1/4 of what you paid or less. Remember, though, garage sale shoppers are looking for bargains, and if you don’t want to have to pack everything back in your house at the end of the day, you’ve got to give people the low prices they’re looking for.

4. Attach actual price label to each item. Mostly in the yard sale they are used brightly colored labels. Because it will make it easier for customers to find out the price. For the garage sale you can purchase adhesive labels, or “sticker gun.” If you have a lot of similar items that are all the same price (e.g. books), but don’t bother pricing them individually. Put them all in one box and label the box. If you don't have sticker labels, you can also use small pieces of masking tape.

5. Confirm date and place while you want a sale. For the garage sale there two days enough for sale the items or summer weekends—-especially Fridays and Saturdays—are the best times for the sale. Sometimes weather is not a good so try to avoid rain, and be aware about scheduling your sale during special events and holidays. Also, avoid holding a sale when there is road construction occurring on the main route to your moving sales sale location. But If you’re just having a single-family sale, your sale location is very good, same way but if you have multi-family be sure to pick a spot that is large enough for everybody’s wares, and choose a location that is easy to find and to get to, preferably close to, but not necessarily on, a major thoroughfare.
